We have developed our own robust and intuitive practice portal software, Talon, tailored by the prescribing vet to their individual requirements and branding.

Talon is the beating heart of MerlinSPS, with key features including its instant messaging function between practice staff and the MerlinSPS support team, and the ability to tag notes, files or an email to a client or animal profile for future reference. All management of practice health plans, treatment plans, and home delivery happens in one easy to access place.

MVD offers UK independent practices the option of home delivery of preventative parasiticide products on their health plan, but also the flexibility to quickly create disease and client specific treatment plans (treatment plans are similar to health plans but for chronic diseases where the pet may not be insured), incorporating delivery of chronic meds and other services.
